DAT-Schaub France’s Quality & Safety department is active at all sites, thanks to a committed team and its cross-functional role.
The first unit is dedicated to supplier management: drawing up specifications, checking raw material conformity, guaranteeing food safety, and ongoing assessment of partners.
The main objective is to work with the purchasing department to select the best compromise between quality and cost, while respecting DAT-Schaub France standards.
The second is responsible for customer relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by centralizing and coordinating all the information needed to formulate a precise response to the needs expressed.
The third supervises production quality, its aim being to ensure that all products manufactured by DAT-Schaub France scrupulously comply with established standards and specifications.
Based on a participative and operational approach to quality for the benefit of all, this approach proves its effectiveness every day, generating a dynamic of constant improvement in food safety and thus in the satisfaction of customers of DAT-Schaub France.
