HOG and SOW AFTERENDS

Applications: Manufacture of dry sausages, andouillettes, Morteau sausages, etc.
Sold in buckets and/or drums.
We offer the afterends inner and outer fat, cleaned and salted, either in 9-meter packs or in 22 to 40 cm ends ranging from 45/55 to 70/+. There are 4 variants for the following ends: cut – tied and cut – tied with loop – pegged.
