Application: chorizo, cabbage sausage, cervelat crown, etc. Also known as “curved”, it is used to make horseshoe-shaped sausages
Sold in buckets and/or drums.
We offer A or AB quality beef rounds, either in 18 – 30 m packs or in 30 – 55 cm ends ranging from sizes 31/34 to 50/+. There are 5 variations for beef ends: cut – tied – tied with loop – tied with long end – tubed.
