Made up of 10 experienced women, they form a real operational pillar alongside the technical sales representatives, who are out in the field on a daily basis. Each of them follows a dedicated customer portfolio with attention, rigor and continuity, sometimes for many years!
With almost 400 calls handled every day, our Customer Service team handles telesales, order processing, logistics and administration with the utmost professionalism.
