    Used for colouring cooked or raw cured meat products.
  • Characteristics
    – Stable temperature.
    – Exists in liquid form in two concentrations: 1.2% and 1.6% carminic acid.
    – Exists in powder form.
Advantage: Hydrosoluble.
Dose: Depending on the desired colour. Cured meat and delicatessen products .
